Living in Los Angeles, California is a lot like living in any home town, with local sports being a big part of the lifestyle. Families look for T-Ball, Little League, soccer and of course, junior high and high school sports. What is sport organizations are in Los Angeles, California? Are their sport opportunities for adults? Is there a parks and recreation department in Los Angeles?

To answer your question. Yes, there is all of the above. To find local teams you will want to check to see what is available in the city you choose to live in. I live in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles and we have youth football/cheer, AYSO soccer, hockey and several little league organizations. All the high schools have sport opportunities.
